More than anything else, my wellness and healing journey has been a continual process of unfolding. Unfolding the parts of myself I had kept closed, protected and hidden. Unfolding myself from self-limiting thoughts, beliefs and identities. Unfolding myself into rawest and most authentic version of who I am and who I am becoming.
I first started practicing yoga in 2012 and since then, my passion for the practice has continued to grow. With over ten years of teaching experience, I am a registered 500hr E-RYT and Licensed Massage Therapist that specializes in Myofascial Release and CranioSacral Therapy. I am very passionate about the mind-body connection and celebrate the positive effects of movement and somatic release for mental health. Aside from yoga, I enjoy traveling as much as possible, spending time in nature and writing about all the experiences I encounter along the way.
