Join me for this 7 day adventure on the beautiful Caribbean coast of Columbia. Combining two of my greatest sources of joy and medicine in this life— travel and yoga! Allow yourself to step out of your comfort zone and access a deeper place within. An opportunity to not only awaken your Inner Child but also to awaken a raw, wild, unapologetic version of you as we dive into all the senses. There will be excursions through the jungle to waterfalls and hidden wonders, opportunities for snorkeling and scuba diving, and of course the nourishment of twice daily yoga practice, and fresh, healthy, nutritious food.
